Gravatar 06.05.2016 Valpolicella är ett av världens mest kända viner. Förr var kvaliteten svajig med i dag är nivån hög hos alla - det kanske bästa vinet kommer från Allegrini. Klassiskt i elegant stil med viol, svarta vinbär och körsbär i doften med stram bitter avslutning. Gott till en risotto alla milanese.

Gravatar 13.05.2016 Med en kryddig, mörkt körsbärsfruktig och örtig smak med choklad- och fattoner är ­vinet gott till grillade kalvfärsbiffar, serverade med en krämig polenta smaksatt med rivet citronskal, olivolja och ­parmesan.
