Gravatar 06.04.2015 Dark red in colour. Boasts liquorice and dark berry aromas. The wine spent two years in large barrels (600 litres) but would still benefit from two to three years of cellaring. Complex layered flavours grace the mouth feel. An excellent wine to pair with medium-rare grilled steaks, preferably from Chianina cattle raised in Tuscany. 92/100
