Ett ganska kraftigt och fylligt vin som passar till en stekt fisk. Det är smakrikt med fatkaraktär, och den stekta fisken rundar av vinets strävhet. Vinet från Piemonte fungerar bra tillsammans med olivolja och italienska tillbehör. Servera exempelvis stekta rotsaker, bönor, svarta oliver och parmesan till fisken.
