	09.04.2026	Med en Riserva blir det mer av allt. Mer mognad, mer djup och visst ett högre pris också. Casalforte är dock blygsamma i sin prissättning. Detta är ett kontemplationsvin eller Vino da Meditazione som italienarna själva kallar det, tack vare sina mognadstoner och fina utveckling. Tobaksblad, lite läder, balsamvinäger, svarta fikon och mörk kakao möts upp av torkade körsbär och katrinplommon. Ett vin för en bättre bit hårdost, eller krämig gorgonzola på frukt- och nötbröd. www.dinvinguide.se
