	Grand Vin de Pauillac ( Maison Ginestet ) 2020 Dark berries, concentrated and long finish.
	Canaja Gold ( Villa Annaberta ) 2020 I always buy this when I'm in Denmark. The wine tastes delicious, with round, sweet fruit and a pleasant finish.
	Cabernet Sauvignon ( Rustenberg Estate ) 2023 I really like good CS from South Africa with its powerful and slightly rustic notes of soil and temperature. The wine tastes of dark berries and tobacco with a long, great aftertaste.
	Grand Selection Pinot Noir ( Antonin Rodet ) 2024 Cheap pinot wine doesn't work, dark and sweet, lacking freshness.
	Barolo ( Roberto Sarotto ) 2020 Round and ripe. A bit simple for a Barolo, but good and cheap to just enjoy.
	Vigorello ( San Felice ) 2020 This wine is powerful and beautiful. It tastes of dark red berries and has a super smoothness throughout and has a powerful, slightly acidic finish. This makes the wine absolutely perfect with a pepper steak or other hearty food.
	Chateau Lamothe-Cissac ( Domaines Fabre ) 2022 Round fruity taste with fresh Finnish. Easy to like.
	Château Potensac ( Château Potensac ) 2012 Great, drinkable Bordeaux wine with a lovely dry finish.

Amarone della Valpolicella Casalforte ( Cantine Riondo ) 2021

Med en Riserva blir det mer av allt. Mer mognad, mer djup och visst ett högre pris också. Casalforte är dock blygsamma i sin prissättning. Detta är ett kontemplationsvin eller Vino da Meditazione som italienarna själva kallar det, tack vare sina mognadstoner och fina utveckling. Tobaksblad, lite läder, balsamvinäger, svarta fikon och mörk kakao möts upp av torkade körsbär och katrinplommon. Ett vin för en bättre bit hårdost, eller krämig gorgonzola på frukt- och nötbröd.

Valpolicella Ripasso Casalforte ( Cantine Riondo ) 2023

En balanserad ripasso med en behaglig och försynt sötma, som bäddas in av mognadstoner och skön frukt. Torkade körsbär, mörka plommon och höstlöv i smakerna som lindas in av mjuk balsamisk avslutning. Denna ripasso görs enligt Ganimede-systemet, där vinet blandas med druvskal för att få ut färg och bygga upp struktur. Senare under vintern tillsätter man skalresterna från produktionen av Amarone – allt enligt Ripasso-tekniken. Det ger viner en extra skjuts i både alkohol, djup och frukt. Druvinnehåll: corvina 70%, rondinella 20% och resten corvinone. Servera till marinad karré, grillade grönsaker och bakad sötpotatis.

Corvina Veronese Ripasso ( Vinea ) 2020

En ren corvina, där man valt ut extra mogna druvor som är rika på smak och fruktsocker. Det ger ett mjukt och inställsamt vin med behagliga tanniner och bär från skogen varvat med körsbär, plommon, ett lätt puder av kakao och lite tobak. Gott till bruschetta med tapende och soltorkade tomater.

89/100 Dette er et av de beste bordeauxkjøpene til under 250 kroner jeg smakte i hele 2025, og selv om 2012 ikke regnes som en toppårgang, har vinene stor friskhet og drikker ekstremt godt i dag. Vinen er middels dyp mursteinsrød, med en tydelig lukt av røde plommer, paprika, cassis (solbærlikør), litt fat, sedertre, sigareske og lær. Tanninene er modne, men gir god fasthet til vinen og sammen med syren er den et ypperlig følge til kjøttgryter eller en deilig biff.

92/100 Denne carignan-vinen er fra vinstokker som er 112 år gamle, og kan nesten av den grunn alene kalles et kupp. Heldigvis har vinen enda mer positivt å by på enn konsentrasjonen de gamle vinstokkene gir, for den oser av bjørnebær, morell, bringebær, fioler og lakris. Den er konsentrert og rik på smak med et tydelig grep fra tanninene som balanseres av den ferske, intense frukten og en frisk syre. Ettersmaken er lang, kompleks og ren. Dette er historie på flaske, og du kan nyte et arbeid som begynte før første verdenskrig i et glass, gjerne til lammekjøtt stekt med rosmarin og hvitløk.
